Offshore Company Incorporation Package #2 includes:

First year government fee, Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Share certificate issued to the bearer or to the nominee shareholder, (recommended and provided for free) or registered, Nominee director(s) or member(s) first year, Minutes of the first meeting of founders, Letter of Appointment of the First Director, Power of Attorney, Resignation letter(s) of the nominee director or nominee member, Register of members, Register of directors, Registered agent services first year, Registered office first year, Apostille set of the charter documents, Corporate Seal, Courier delivery.
